ELIGIBILITY OF COMPETITORS AND TEAMS A. The ISF is committed to supporting a school based team program. Student members of a team must be enrolled full-time and physically in attendance full-time on the campus of the school that fields the team. Full-time enrollment constitutes current enrollment in at least 20 semester periods of work. Home-schooled students who are enrolled but do not attend classes full-time on the campus of the school that fields the team do not qualify to participate in ISF.

B. Students must maintain a minimum 2.0 GPA to compete in ISF competitions.

C. Students attending a charter school on a full-time basis that does not offer PE classes may participate with the team at their school of residence. The ISF must be notified annually of any student enrolling on a team under this rule.

D. Team members must have all required forms on file with the ISF, and their application fee must be paid.

E. Two schools may combine to form one team for the following reasons only:

1. If each of the two schools is limited to all boys and the other all girls and the two schools are in the same general vicinity.

2. When a new school opens and the student body is then divided between two schools. This exception will be permitted for one season only.

3. If the combined enrollment from the two schools is so small that it is not possible for the schools to field a full team unless they are allowed to join together. Schools must obtain annual approval from the ISF before creating a team under this rule as it is only permitted under very rare circumstances.
